Liz Fawcett Admin

Terms of Service

These terms govern authorized access to and use of the Liz Fawcett Admin social-media management service.

Effective October 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Liz Fawcett, the operator of Liz Fawcett Admin (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are an authorized user and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is a private administrative tool used to connect authorized social-media accounts, identify Facebook Page videos (including Instagram videos shared to that Page), review publishing settings, and submit authorized content to supported destinations such as YouTube Shorts and TikTok.

The Service is not offered as a public consumer product. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. Authorized access and account security

  • You may use the Service only if Liz Fawcett has authorized your access.
  • You must use your own approved identity and keep your login methods secure.
  • You may not share access, attempt to bypass Cloudflare Access or other security controls, or access accounts, content, or data you are not authorized to manage.
  • You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access to privacy@lizfawcett.com.

Access may be revoked at any time to protect the Service, connected accounts, or other users.

4. Content and publishing instructions

You retain any rights you already hold in content processed through the Service. You represent that you have the authority and all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and clearances to access, copy, edit, and publish any content you select.

You authorize the Service to process selected content and related metadata only to provide the requested account-management and publishing functions. When you enable automation, you authorize uploads of eligible new Facebook Page videos using your selected caption and visibility settings. You can disable automation to stop future scheduled uploads. TikTok submissions require the applicable per-post review and approval. You are responsible for ensuring your publishing instructions and content rights are accurate.

You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or unauthorized material; impersonate another person; distribute spam; interfere with the Service; or violate any connected platform’s rules.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service relies on third-party services, including Meta and Instagram, Google and YouTube, TikTok, and Cloudflare. By using the Service’s YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of those services remains subject to their separate terms, policies, permissions, quotas, and technical requirements.

You may be asked to authorize specific permissions through a platform’s official login process. You can revoke those permissions through the platform’s settings, but doing so may disable related Service features.

We do not control and are not responsible for a third-party platform’s availability, review decisions, account actions, upload processing, content moderation, API changes, or other conduct.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s software, design, branding, and original materials are owned by Liz Fawcett or the applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as authorized, no rights are granted to copy, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if authorization ends, these Terms are violated, a connected platform requires it, or action is reasonably necessary to protect the Service, accounts, content, or others. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publishing, platform approval, continued API access, or preservation of third-party content.

You are responsible for keeping independent copies of original media and confirming the outcome of each publication.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liz Fawcett will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, revenue, reputation, or opportunity arising from the Service or a connected platform. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms when the Service or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
